1. Introduction
At Ghogxiregraxylon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of MotionFlow. This Return Policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws and Danish consumer legislation.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, as provided by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
2.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
3.1 Refund
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
- We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
- We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3.2 Return of Goods
- You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
- The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return under our policy:
- Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as when received
- Products must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
4.1 Products That Cannot Be Returned
In accordance with Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as dietary supplements that have been opened)
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products.
5. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your 14-day statutory withdrawal right, we offer an extended voluntary return period:
- You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition
- All terms in Section 4 above apply
This extended period is offered as a courtesy and does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
6.1 Damaged During Shipping
If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping:
- Please document the damage with photographs

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
6.2 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to:
- Request a replacement product at no additional cost
- Request a full refund
- Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect
Your statutory rights regarding defective goods under EU consumer law remain unaffected.
7. Legal Guarantee
Under EU law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for goods. This legal guarantee applies for a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery. If a product does not conform to the contract (e.g., it is defective or not as described), you have the right to have the product repaired or replaced, or to receive a refund.
8. How to Return a Product

- Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping address.
- Pack the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
9. Refund Processing
9.1 Refund Timeline
After receiving and inspecting your returned product:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
9.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Products that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- Products returned after the applicable return period
10. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please follow our standard return process and place a new order for the desired product. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

- Right of Withdrawal: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal.
- Defective or Damaged Products: We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
